Eve and Darryl Wedding

A few weeks ago we put on the blog the pre wedding photoshoot of Eve and Darryl at Chantmarle, the venue for their wedding reception last Saturday. The day finally arrived, following the girl's preparations and a slap up breakfast served at Chantmarle we all travelled from Frome St Quentin to Dorchester for the delightful and personal wedding ceremony in the roman catholic church on the high street. The chaps had spent the night before more locally in a hotel in Dorchester and had time before the ceremony with Earle to take some special request pictures on the way to the church. Eve arrived with her Father in grand fashion and had a short walk through a delightful passageway to the church entrance then in she came and so began the amazing wedding ceremony. The preist who came out of retirement and travelled from Ireland to conduct the wedding held everyones attention throughout with his humour and thoughtfulness towards all Eve and Darryl's guests. The gospel choir was lovely and added a lively twist to events.
Chantmarle itself was indeed beautiful, Eve and Darryl were very excited to be there and thrilled with the results of their planning towards their wedding day. Everything was organised along quintessential english themes and along with the September sunshine and balmy evening air Eve and Darryl could have asked for nothing more. The chinese lanterns were a stunning success - the huge number of guests clearly enjoyed joining in the spectacle of lighting the lamps to send the lanterns floating off high into the nightsky. The dancing and partying went on late into the night to celebrate a wonderful wedding day for Eve and Darryl - congratulations to you both and we hope you enjoy your photographs.
