Wow, what a great way to spend a Sunday in September! Silvana and Fran are the most
adorable couple all the way from Tenerife, who have made Bournemouth their home, what fun they are and they really do know how to relax and enjoy each other! We knew from the outset this was going to be a wonderful intimate wedding with most of the guests travelling from abroad to celebrate the couple's day, the registrar's were really accommodating and were as thrilled as we were at the spirit brought to the celebrations by the spanish contingent and their customs. Spain arrived in Bournemouth for the daywith all the tradition and delight. It all happened at the
Highcliffe Hotel in Bournemouth, overlooking the coast on a beautiful Indian summer afternoon. I spent
the preparation time with Silvana and her fantastic Father which was particularly special and Earle met with Fran at the
Highcliffe Hotel for the boytime pictures. The excitement and anticipation was immense and we were all carried along on the crest of their wave enjoying every moment of the aisle walk and the first meeting all the way through the ceremony to the rose petals and rice throwing and party afterwards.
Earle and I took Silvana and Fran off for a short while after their first dance, to capture some shots of them close to the hotel. We had made plans before the day but we noticed a particular vibe with these two people and could see our plans were going to not quite capture the excitement and vibrancy of Silvana and Fran, so we consulted with them and
went off plan. We raced over to one of our favourite spots, which also is a favourite amongst our local clients and worked with the bride and groom to capture a whole new vibrant set of images which embraced their latin blood and mood which not least showed off Silvana's Flamenco style wedding dress at its best. We all had a brilliant time and had to drag each other away from the location to join the party again - it was well worth each of us dragging each other, the guests were dancing to the brilliant Salsa band and then a great disco. Ok we loved it.... Salsa lessons are on our agenda now big time. Huge congratulations to you both, a wonderful match and we look forward showing you the results of the photographs taken on your wedding day.
